The hotel is conveniently located close to the Flint Airport, making it practical for travelers. Although the room wasn't as updated as expected and slightly smaller than typical, the service was accommodating, especially when a mattress was needed for the sofa sleeper. The breakfast options were decent, but the high room rate made it less appealing to pay extra for breakfast. The modern and clean atmosphere along with the free parking added value to the stay.

My stay at the hotel was pleasant overall. The rooms were smaller than I expected for a Courtyard Marriott but met my needs as I was accommodating my elderly mother. The service was exceptional, with the front desk staff being very accommodating, even providing an additional mattress for the sofa sleeper. The location was convenient for my race at Flint Airport, although it needed some attention due to overgrown weeds. The dining options were limited at the Starbucks on-site, and considering the room rate, I wished breakfast was included. The facilities were decent, but there were areas that could use improvement.

My stay at the Courtyard Flint Grand Blanc was a mixed experience. The hotel's location was convenient for my visit to family in the Flint/Grand Blanc area, and it seemed clean and up to modern standards. However, the rooms had a strange layout and were in need of renovation, and the service was lacking in professionalism despite the friendly staff. The dining options left much to be desired, but the overall value for money was acceptable.
